Your experience starts on the Basin Park Hotel’s top floor, where groups of ten gather to ascend to the Crow’s Nest for a panoramic view over downtown Eureka Springs. Here, enjoy your first “flight” with craft beer selections as you take in the sights from this highest downtown vantage point.
Next, step back inside for a descent through history. Pause in the Barefoot Ballroom to hear tales of its past, filled with iconic performers and the unforgettable antics of Joe Parkhill. Led by the General Manager, your group will make its way into the Bootlegger’s Cave, a storied speakeasy, for a tasting of the exclusive 2008 Opus One, paired with a thoughtfully prepared charcuterie board. As you savor the wine, we’ll bring out the paranormal equipment to sense if any spirits might be joining your tasting.
The journey continues through the Rabbett Hole to Jack Rabbett’s Whisky Bar, where a three-flight whisky tasting awaits, including the signature Jack Rabbett Select. Here, a Dickel Host will share the unique distillation process and offer insights into each whisky’s flavor profile.
Flight Night concludes in JR’s Game Room, surrounded by the Basin Park Hotel archives, with time to unwind and enjoy the artifacts and ambiance of the hotel’s rich history.
